Day Boat Dive Trips

Fish Tales is a custom designed, and purpose built vessel for scuba diving.

Her wide beam allows tanks to be sited behind the centre bench seat, allowing for easy access to the water. You can enter the water by backward role from both sides, or giant stride from the central boarding platform at the rear.

Exiting the water from the rear boarding ladder is easy in all weather conditions, after removing only your fins.

Powered by twin 90 horse power outboard motors, equipped with the latest electronic navigation equipment and all required safety equipment, we are able to take you to offshore sites rarely dived on.

For added diver comfort we have an all over sun awning, and clear screens to the front and sides, for wind protection on the trip.

We carefully select our dive sites on the day, dependant on the weather, and the abilities and certification levels of the divers.

The skipper of Fish Tales has been diving and running dive trips in the area for many years, and can be relied upon to give you a good days diving.

Unlike most operators our charters will run with only 2 divers, and our costs are very affordable.

We have numerous offshore sites, and the costs of dives vary according to the distance to the location.

The Cochrane Artificial Reef (ship Wrecks and Airplanes), The Barjon (old trawler), The Beufort Bomber (ww2 aircraft), Evans Patch (coral ledges)

The Kama (trading ship), and The Gutters (trenches on the ocean floor)
