Emergency First Response

Emergency First Response is PADI’s First Aid course. Written and developed to the ILCOR ( international liaison committee on resuscitation)  standards. This course is available in two formats, basic First Aid and workplace approved First Aid. The 1 day basic course meets the requirements for Rescue Diver, and provides a basic first aid qualification for the general public. There is also a ‘Care For Children’ course which adapts the skills you’ve learnt for adults, and applies them to young children and infants. The 2 day course meets requirements for Workplace Health and Safety in Australia and New Zealand. So whatever your requirements for First Aid are, we have you covered.

 

Being a diver is not a requirement to participate in these courses. They are intended for the general public, work places, and also cover water based accidents. As with all PADI courses they are extensively supported by the latest multimedia, and allow plenty of practice time to gain confidence.

 

Everyone should know how to perform CPR and First Aid, and most modern work places now require this certificate.

Oxygen provider speciality $130 including the book
