Thinking about become a PADI Open Water Diving Instructor?  You have now taken the first step on the road to becoming one of the worlds most sought after diving Instructors.

Your instructor training is going to be the foundation of your new career, and a little extra preparation now will improve your standing in the industry when you become an instructor. We conduct all instructor training through Bundaberg Dive Academy and will offer you the best start possible in the dive industry. David James and Katsumi Kaneyuki (Japanese)  and 2 staff instructors. We are here to guide you through the art of becoming a professional dive educator, and answer any questions that you may have. We offer one of the worlds most comprehensive career

development packages, and guarantee you one of the best IDC experiences that you are likely to find.

The diving.   Diving from the shoreline over beautiful hard and soft corals, praised on being the best shore diving in Queensland. Come and explore the shipwrecks, aeroplanes and abundance of marine life on the spectacular Cochrane Artificial Reef. Located just 3 miles off shore its only a short boat trip away.

Queensland at its best.  You will have a chance to visit the famous Fraser Island and wild dingos, just 130 km by road. We boast wonderful beaches of golden sand, and no crocodiles or harmful jelly fish.

Mon Repos, a mainland turtle nesting site only 15 kilometres away from the dive centre.

 

Prerequisites for the program

Doctors medical stating that you are fit to dive in the last 11 months, PADI Dive master or equivalent, over 18 years of age, been a certified diver for at least 6 months and have logged 97 dives. 

 

EFR First Aid Instructor

If you book and complete a IDC with us during August to November 2008 we will include the efr instructor course in the IDC all you need to do is purchase the books for the course, How's that for value.
