Peak Performance Buoyancy |

|
Buoyancy control is the only skill taught in the open water course that has its own speciality. It is probably the most difficult skill to master, and really gives an indication of your skill level as a diver.
The course has two dives, consisting mainly of buoyancy games aimed at improving your trim and ability to move effortlessly through the water. It ties in with many other courses that require good buoyancy control, for example wreck and photography. Though practice makes perfect, fully understanding the principles of how weight distribution effects us, and how to fine tune breathing to remain motionless in the water makes the whole process easier. |
